More castor is good. OEM or even Zero toe (Don't want to mess with toe much). These are conservative for a track setting, so you still get good use out of the car and even tire wear on the street (with some good cornering). The rest is up to you how you want to tailor the car's driving. I had my stillen ways stiff in the rear and the car always wanted to oversteer, mid-setting is good with stiff up front, and the car will be solid. For Dampening, about two clicks higher in the front than in the back is good for neutral steering - Again, even a bit of adjustment can make a big difference here. I like to run at minimum 12 front/10 rear on my race coils for track.
